Reliably Secure Fuels - Now Live

Opportunity to invest in our hybrid modular mini-refinery at Pinkenba, Brisbane. We produce multiple fuel types from Australian sources: ultra-low-sulfur diesel and petrol from 100% QLD onshore crude, plus biodiesel and renewable aviation fuel (HEFA-SAF) from sustainable feedstocks (UCO, tallow, and Carinata).

Phase 1 renewable fuels module launches first for early revenue and grants, with full crude capacity following. Secure, reliable, and renewable fuels — made in Australia.”

Why Now

Australia faces ongoing fuel security risks and price volatility. Our hybrid model starts with a renewable fuels module (biodiesel + HEFA-SAF) for quick deployment, early revenue, and grant eligibility, while the 2,500 bpd crude refinery provides volume and energy security using 100% Queensland onshore crude.

We produce ultra-low-sulfur diesel, petrol, biodiesel, and renewable aviation fuel — giving everyday Aussies, truckies, farmers, and aviation reliable, affordable, and increasingly renewable fuel when they need it most.

Addressing Common Concerns

Why doesn’t Australia just refine more of its own oil? Traditional large refineries are extremely expensive to build and run in Australia due to high labour, regulatory, and construction costs. Queensland’s light sweet crude also doesn’t perfectly match traditional refinery designs.

Our Hybrid Solution We use proven modular technology for a 2,500 bpd crude diesel refinery that is ideally suited to light QLD crude.

Phase 1 – Renewable Fuels Module (2,000–5,000 L/day) launches first: produces biodiesel and HEFA-SAF using UCO, tallow, and Carinata. This module generates early revenue, qualifies for major LCLF grants, and allows internal blending with our own crude diesel.

Phase 2 adds the full crude capacity for scale. The result is a flexible, lower-risk facility that delivers fuel security today and a practical renewable transition tomorrow

Business Model

Our Approach

We are building a modern hybrid modular mini-refinery at Pinkenba Trade Coast, Brisbane. Phase 1 launches with a renewable fuels module producing biodiesel and renewable aviation fuel from sustainable Australian feedstocks. Phase 2 adds crude refining capacity using 100% Queensland onshore crude. All fuel will be sold directly to the public and local businesses from the site — cutting out the major oil company margins and delivering more affordable, reliable fuel to Queenslanders.

Strong Early Momentum

The project is designed for early revenue from the renewable fuels module while the full hybrid facility ramps up. With the recent Courier Mail reports on the massive new Taroom Trough oil discovery, the timing could not be better to turn local resources into fuel that benefits Australian families and businesses. Full financial projections are available under NDA for serious investors and partners.
